One of the Transpac Race traditions is the legendary Aloha Welcome Party for each boat at the finish line. Each boat is greeted at the dock with leis and Mai Tais, followed by a party with delicious food and more cocktails.
It is a great time for all. You can help in two ways:

INFORMATION / HEADQUARTERSLinda Byrd: lindabyrd101@gmail.com
Transpac Headquarters "Information Volunteers" track the competitors beginning at 100 miles from finish. Their primary purpose is to call or text the people associated with the Transpac HNL Operations; the boat's designated point of contact; and the boat arrival host.
We also provide public information and assistance to anyone who stops by or calls the Shack.
Our goal is to man the "Transpac Shack" 24 hrs once the competitors begin approaching the islands.
MOORINGClifford Change: tphnlpierops@gmail.com
Be part of the team bringing competitors into their slip and finally to land. Volunteers are responsible for assisting in docking and the management of the shore scene upon arrival until the Race Inspectors have completed their interaction with the boat & crew.
Mooring volunteers are separate from boat hosting volunteers.
AWARDS / TROPHIESJohanna Katzman (Presentation): transpacawards@gmail.com

Applauding the accomplishments on the course brings everyone together to celebrate at Waikiki, Hawaii and Kaneohe yacht clubs. Kaneohe Yacht Club's "Hana Hou" Awards Presentation includes all the special recognitions, is the closing of Transpac 2025, and will roll into the KYC Party!
The logistics of these celebrations includes pre-event prep, setup, presentation of awards, and breakdown.
